01 · About

A threshold, not a wall.

The Aebayah roundabout is an embodiment of the progress that the Saudi society is witnessing in light of the 2030 vision under the leadership of King Salman. The quest of the Saudi people towards prosperity and the achievement of the vision was embodied by the horse of King Abdulaziz, that accompanied him on his unification journey of the Kingdom. Aebayah was famous for being the horse chosen by the founder to unite Najd. Therefore, the palm tree was used in an abstract way and the frond stripping was used to express the state of prosperity and peace experienced by Saudi society today, as its veins embody an abstraction of the Saudi desert.

The horse that accompanied the founder on the journey of unification.
